These terms govern your use of the dopa application and the dopadigital.org website, operated by Dopa Digital Ltd. By using dopa, you agree to these terms.

The service

dopa is a wellness application that restricts access to selected apps on your iOS device until a daily step goal is achieved. The app uses Apple's HealthKit framework to read step data and Apple's Screen Time API to manage app restrictions.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use dopa. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for setting a step goal that is appropriate for your health and fitness level. dopa is a habit-building tool, not medical advice. Consult a healthcare professional before beginning any new exercise routine.

Account and data

dopa does not require an account to function. Your preferences and data are stored locally on your device. If you join our waitlist, your email address is stored securely and used only for launch notifications.

Subscriptions

dopa may offer a premium subscription (dopa+) with additional features. Subscription pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be communicated clearly within the app and through the App Store. All subscriptions are managed through Apple's in-app purchase system.

Intellectual property

The dopa name, logo, design, and all associated content are the property of Dopa Digital Ltd. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the dopa brand or application without written permission.

Disclaimer

dopa is provided on an "as is" basis. While we strive to ensure the app functions reliably, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. App blocking depends on Apple's Screen Time framework, which may be subject to system-level changes or limitations beyond our control.

dopa is not responsible for any consequences arising from apps being blocked or unblocked, including missed notifications or communications.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Dopa Digital Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the application.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of dopa after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
